Refund policy

We want your workspace to be productive and comfortable. If your office furniture or equipment doesn't meet your needs, we provide a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

• Return Period: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Return Shipping Cost: Free. Orlani covers all return shipping fees. For large office furniture, we will arrange a professional collection from your premises at no cost to you.

• Condition of Items: To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging, unassembled, and in a "like-new" condition.

• How to Initiate a Return: Please email PortiaDurso80@hotmail.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label or coordinate a collection date for larger items.

• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return at our Kirkcaldy warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

• Refund Method: All refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, please allow an additional 3–5 days for the funds to reflect in your account.

• Non-returnable Items: None. All new products are eligible for our 60-day return policy.
